1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Notion Web Bookmark Saver ("we", "us", "our", or "Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Notion Web Bookmark Saver Chrome extension (the "Extension") and our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the Extension. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Extension constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.
2. Software License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension on your devices in accordance with these Terms.
Free Trial License: The free version of the Extension provides a 7-day trial period or up to 100 bookmark saves, whichever comes first, to evaluate the core functions. After the trial expires, the bookmark saving feature will be locked until a Pro License Key is activated.
Pro Lifetime License: By upgrading to the Pro tier, you obtain a lifetime license key. This key unlocks unlimited bookmark saves, the smart Notion workspace page selector, and offline verification capabilities. This license is for your personal use and may be activated across multiple personal computers owned by you.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or lease the Extension, or bypass the local license verification algorithms.
3. Payments & Reseller Clause
Payments for the Pro Lifetime License are processed securely through our reseller partner, Paddle.
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles customer checkout, collects regional taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), and handles compliance and invoices. By purchasing a Pro License Key, you also agree to Paddle's checkout terms and conditions.
Pricing is displayed on our website and is subject to change. No subscription fee applies; the Pro License is a one-time purchase.
4. Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with our Extension. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at support@notionbookmarksaver.com.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via Paddle. Once a refund is issued, your Pro License Key will be deactivated and marked as invalid.
5. Data & Notion API Usage
The Extension relies directly on the official Notion API to save bookmarks. You must obtain and configure your own Notion Internal Integration Token and Page ID/URL. You acknowledge that:
- The Extension operates entirely client-side. We do not host servers that store, process, or monitor your Notion tokens, credentials, bookmarks, or saved page details.
- You are responsible for the security of your Notion Integration Token. If you share your token, others may access your Notion workspace child pages.
- Your use of Notion APIs must comply with Notion's own terms of service and developer policies. We are not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by Notion Labs Inc.
6. Intellectual Property
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Extension (including but not limited to TypeScript source files, design systems, options UI pages, styles, images, and documentation) are owned by us.
Notion is a registered trademark of Notion Labs Inc. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Extension may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of the Extension grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any of our or third-party trademarks.
7. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST BOOKMARKS, DATA LOSS, OR WORKSPACE CORRUPTION ON NOTION.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Extension are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer operates, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
